Free Healthy Recipe - Chinese Stir Fry with Plum

Dairy free, Low fat, Low GI, Low sugar, Wheat Free

Ingredients
6 plums halved & stones removed
250 grams beef - organic, strips
3 cloves garlic, crushed
3 cm ginger, grated
4 cups bok choy, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon oil sesame
1 tablespoon tamari
Method

Heat the oil in wok or frying pan over high heat. Cook beef until well browned on both sides
Add garlic, ginger and bok choy. Stir fry until bok choy is just cooked, adding tamari when required.
Add plums and gently stir until plums are warmed through.
Serve with brown rice.
