So easy to prepare - leave corn on the BBQ while you organise the salads and cook the meat. Turn regularly to prevent overbrowning.
Soak the corns in corn water for a few minutes.
Lay the corn on an oiled hot plate and cook the corns for 25 - 30 minutes, turning regularly when the husks become too brown.
Strip back the husks, leaving them on the cob to be used as a handle, drizzle with olive oil and black pepper and serve.
