When you first introduce red meat to your baby use the following simple method to cook red meat. As babies only consume a little at a time, you may find it more convenient to cook up a batch of stew and freeze it in small portions.
*Suitable for babies aged from 6-7 months.

Toss the meat in olive oil and then heat a small non-stick frying pan. Add the meat and brown. Remove from the pan and place in a small saucepan.
Add the carrot, celery, and potato to the saucepan and add 1 cup of water (or enough to just cover the contents). Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 1.5-2 hours or until very tender.
Blend in a food processor or using a stick blender until smooth and then serve.
