This one is for the kids who'll love the sweetness of the pumpkin and pear concentrate. It makes a great after school treat.
With no cholesterol, refined sugar or hydrolysed fats, it's a healthier option to cakes and biscuits.
Thanks to Melrose health for the recipe.
Preheat the oven to 180C. Grease a loaf tin.
Sift flour, bicarb soda, cinnamon and cloves into a mixing bowl.
Add the raisins and pecans and mix well.
Combine the pear juice, eggs, omegablend and pumpkin. Add to the dry ingredients and stir well.
Pour the mixture into a greased pan. Bake for 50 - 60 minutes, until a skewer comes out clean from the centre of the loaf. Cool for 5 minutes before turning onto a wire rack to cool.
