Check the "best before" date before using dukka. Ground nuts can become rancid when stored for too long or improperly stored in hot conditions.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Brush the pumpkin with olive oil, and dip each piece in dukka to coat. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
Note: Dukka is an Egyptian spice blend made from nuts and spices, available from delicatessens.
