Bream do have bones but the up side to that is, as most of us eat too fast, searching for the bones will make you slow down when you're eating it.
Wipe the bream fillets with a damp paper towel. Brush with oil and on a hot grill skin side down first to cook for 4 - 5 minutes each side.
In a food processor combine the pesto ingredients and process until well combined but retaining texture. Serve the pesto over the fish with accompanying vegetables.
Serve with steamed bok choy and baby squash.
