If you have kids who enjoy something sweet after their main meal here's a very easy, healthy and delicious dessert they can help you make.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Peel the bananas and lay on a piece of tin foil. Dribble the honey over and sprinkle the cinnamon on top. Wrap tightly in foil and place in the oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from the foil and serve with natural yoghurt and chopped roasted walnuts.
Note: Because of their high fat content, walnuts can become rancid quickly if exposed to heat and sunlight. Best stored in the fridge, or a cool dry pantry for up to 6 months.
