Place all the ingredients in a juicer and serve immediately.
Note: Most juice bars pre prepare the produce to save time, exposing their cut surface to oxidation and as a consequence, nutrient loss. If you can't make your own juice at home, buy from a juice bar with a high turnover to ensure the veggies and fruit are fresh and are prepared on a daily basis.
