Here's a nice lunchbox treat for your children. These are much better for you and your children than those made with white flour and packed with sugar.
Pre heat the oven to 200C. Grease a 12 cup muffin tray.
Sift the flour into a bowl with the baking powder, all spice and raisins. In a separate bowl beat the honey with the eggs, buttermilk and oil. Add the apples to the dry mixture and then fold in the wet mixture.
Lightly grease and fill the muffin tray and bake for 25 minutes.
Makes 12 servings (serve = 1 muffin)
