This recipe is from the very talented Karla Maverick who introduced me to sea vegetables and macrobiotic cooking.
Soak the arame in water for 10 minutes. Wash and string the snow peas.
Heat the oil in a frypan and add the ginger and saute for 1 - 2 minutes. Remove the arame from the water and add to the frypan, stir through for a further 2 minutes.
Add the soy sauce and 1/4 cup of the soaking liquid. Cover the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the snow peas and the daikon and cook for a further 2 minutes. Serve immediately with some lemon wedges.
