You will often find macadamia butter at Farmer's markets or, in smaller jars, health food stores. I buy it in big tubs and use it in sweet pastries and biscuits.
Preheat oven to 160C
Place flour and sugar in food processor with macadamia butter. Process to breadcrumb consistency.
Add cold water slowly and process until it the biscuit mixture clumps together.
Use a rolling pin on a floured board to roll evenly until it is about 3 mm thick.
Cut into star shapes with a cookie cutter.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes
