Creamy full flavoured Kipfler potatoe are ideal for making a warm potato and rocket salad.
Heat boiling water in large saucepan.
Scrub 1kg even-sized potatoes and boil until tender. Drain, thickly slice and return to the pan. Toss through 1/2 cup natural yogurt and 1 tbs whole grain mustard. Toss through 50g rocket leaves and chives and serve.
