These are good - even the fussiest kids seem to think so. The beauty of them is that there is so much goodness tucked inside the bread parcels. Serve them with babaganoush (see recipe list), grated carrot, cucumber and shredded lettuce wrapped in thin mountain bread. Don't panic about the garam masala because it gives the meat a more interesting taste but is undetectable to children.
Place all the ingredients into a food processor and mince until ingredients are well combined.
Using your hands, mould the meat around the kebab skewers to resemble sausages that are thicker than usual (about 6cm long and 3cm thick).
Grill or barbecue the lamb skewers for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
