You can't have enough Asian greens. They fall into the abolutely fabulous category - laden with antioxidants minerals and fibre. One small bunch is never enough per serve as they cook down to nothing so when you're preparing the greens make a mountain of them.
Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the garlic for 30 seconds.
Add the spring onions, bok choy and broccolini and stir-fry until the vegetable stalks are cooked but still crisp.
Remove from the wok and serve immediately with oyster sauce or tamari and mirin dressing.
