"I'd make them sweeter." was the comment from a friend testing the spoils of my labour.
"Do you like it?" I asked.
"Yes," she replied, "but most people would prefer them sweeter."
"Would you like another?" I asked sweetly.
"Yes please!" she replied.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
In a bowl, work the coconut oil through the coconut flakes and flour. Mix the water and honey together. Beat the egg and add it to the biscuit mix.
Combine thoroughly. Form biscuits using two spoons and lay them onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Bake at 180C for 12-15 minutes.
If these biscuits are going to be devoured quickly, double the recipe as it only makes enough for 8 biscuits.
