Everyone needs a dessert from time to time. This is for those of you with an intolerance to dairy. I confess to cheating when it comes to the berry puree. Available in the fruit section of the supermarket are bottled berry juice - with nothing added to the berries. It makes an easy dessert even easier.
In a small pan heat the apple concentrate and water. Dissolve the agar agar in the juice and bring it to the boil. Reduce the heat and add the soy milk, pureed rasberry and tahini and whisk it in to the other ingredients.
Pour into a serving bowl or individual dessert dishes and serve with berries.
