Preheat oven to 180ºC.
Combine oats, sunflower seeds, pecans and pumpkin seeds in a baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes until toasted. Remove from oven and let cool. Stir in sultanas and apricots into the mixture. Transfer to an airtight container.
