Free Healthy Recipe - Lamb - Cumin & garlic lamb with minted yoghurt

Ingredients
1 tsp. cumin seeds
100 ml. extra virgin olive oil
21/2 Tbs lemon juice fresh
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tsp paprika, sweet
1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
1.2 kg lamb leg steaks
Minted yoghurt sauce
2 Lebonese cucumbers trimmed, finely chopped
1 1/2 tsp. salt
390 g (1 1/2 cups) Greek-style natural yoghurt
1/4 cup mint leaves chopped
