This is one the kids usually enjoy (even if you have to omit the chilli). Nothing hard about this and an excellent way to use up avocados that are just too soft to serve on a salad.
Delicious with baked beans on sourdough.
Peel and coarsely chop the flesh from the avocado. Place it in a food processor with juices and remaining ingredients. Pulse to combine leaving the guacamole quite chunky.
