Most, if not all toddlers love jelly and it's a favourite at most kid's parties. The problem is that most commercial jellies contain too many artificial additives.
This Tutti Frutti Yoghurt Jelly is so creamy, delicious and easy, you'll never want to buy a packet jelly again.
Strain the peaches and reserve the juice for later
In a small saucepan, add the strained peach juice, 200ml water and 1.5 tbsp of gelatine, and give it a good stir.
On a low heat, bring the mixture to a gentle simmer, then remove it from the heat.
Now let that cool to room temperature until the mixture starts to thicken.
Blend 2 x 90g tubs of toddler's vanilla yoghurt until well combined.
Fold in the 400g tub of the diced peaches.
Spoon the mixture into 8 small cups.
Refrigerate for about 2 hours to set.
Note: By allowing the mixture to cool you maintain the active cultures in yoghurt that are destroyed with heat.
