Cranberries or dried sour cherries are both delicious to use in this tangy chocolate treat. But remember that they are a treat. Stop after you have eaten one and don't eat them every day.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Combine all the dry ingredients together in a bowl, and mix thoroughly
Stir through the milk until well combined.
Line a shallow baking tray with baking paper and spread the mixture across the tray.
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until the slice is golden on the top.
Remove from the oven and while the slice is still hot cut into about 20 squares.
Makes 20 servings (serve = 1 square)
