A delicious healthy dessert, these pears can be served with low fat yoghurt, custard or low fat ice cream, and are delicious with muesli the next day.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Peel the pears but leave the stems intact, then cut the base off (very minimally) to enable them to stand upright.
Mix together the orange juice, honey, zest, and brown sugar.
Place the pears in a baking dish and drizzle with the honey syrup.
Bake until golden (about 20-25 minutes) and serve with dollops of natural or sheeps milk yoghurt.
