Made from organic sunflower, canola and flaxseed oils, Omega spread has the lowest saturated fat content of any spread on the market. Rich in essential Omega-3 and Omega-6 nutrients, Omega spread is a healthier alternative to butter and margarine. Omega spread is dairy free and suitable for baking, but not frying.
