Camembert
Like brie, camembert is a full-fat, surface-ripened cheese surrounded by a white edible mould. When it's ready to eat it is soft in the centre, oozes when cut and smells quite distinctive. It originated from a village in Normandy called, hardly surprisingly, Camembert.
