Daikon
Daikon is otherwise known as a Japanese radish. In Chinese medicine, it is considered a fat burner. A large, white vegetable with green stalks that is harvested at around 2kg. They have a pleasant, sweet and zesty flavour with a mild bite and similar texture to red radish.

To Store:
Daikon will store in plastic bags in the crisper section of the fridge for up to 1 week. Choose those that are firm and unwrinkled.
