Botox or avocado?

In the past, many people have tried to avoid fats, however the right type are extremely important, particularly for the skin as they keep it looking plump. A cross-sectional study examining the relationship between skin anti-aging and diet choices in 716 Japanese women showed that higher intakes of total dietary fat were significantly associated with more skin elasticity. Combining fats with vegetables was even more beneficial as higher intake of green and yellow vegetables plus fats were significantly associated with fewer wrinkles. An example would be combining avocado (healthy source of fat) with some roast veggies.
