Turkey, sage and pine nut dumplings combines ingredients from China with flavours of Italy to makes a stunning meal.
Ingredients
250 grams turkey, mince, Steggles brand
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp sage, chopped
1 tbsp pinenuts
½ tbsp tamari
80 grams mushrooms - brown
1 eggs yolk beaten
24 wonton wrappers
peppercorns
For the tomato salad:
4 tomato chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
sea salt pinch
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp parmesan cheese

![]() Method Place turkey mince , garlic, sage, pinenuts, tamari, mushrooms and pepper in a bowl and mix until well combined. Separate wonton wrappers and lay them out onto a board.
Brush egg yolk along the edges of the wrappers.
Bring a pan of water to boil. Place dumplings in a bamboo steamer and steam for 5 minutes.
