Food Description:

Low-fat cottage cheese is processed the same way as regular cottage cheese, but during the end process the curd is mixed with a lower milkfat content.

To Store: Store in the carton it was bought, in the fridge for up to 5 days. (Always check the expiry date when buying cottage cheese)
Tips and Tricks: To give it more flavour serve it with a condiment like capers.
